How to request data deletion

NovaReach values your privacy and provides a simple way to request the deletion of any data we have collected. If you wish to have your account or associated data deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below:

1 Send an Email

Send an email to dev@novareach.com.my.

2 Provide Details

In your email, please include the following information to help us identify your data:

  • Your full name
  • The email address or phone number associated with your NovaReach account
  • A clear statement requesting data deletion (e.g., "I request that all my data associated with NovaReach be deleted.")

What happens next?

Our technical team will review your request and process it within 3-5 business days. Once your data has been successfully deleted, we will send a confirmation email to your provided address.

Note: Some data may be retained if required by law for tax, accounting, or compliance purposes (e.g., audit trail requirements for LHDN e-invoicing).
