Data Deletion Request

Clear instructions on requesting the removal of your personal information, business entity metadata, Sarawak AI Connect schema registrations, and WhatsApp automation profiles.

How to Request Data & Schema Deletion

NovaReach values your privacy and provides a transparent process for deleting your data from our infrastructure. If you wish to remove your account, WebMCP protocol endpoints, business entity graphs, or associated communication logs, please complete the steps below:

1 Submit Request via Email

Send your data deletion request to our team at dev@novareach.com.my.

2 Include Required Identifying Information

In your request, please provide the following details so we can locate your record across our system nodes:

  • Your full legal name and company/brand name
  • The email address or WhatsApp phone number registered with NovaReach
  • Services to be purged (e.g. Sarawak AI Connect schema, WebMCP endpoint configs, AI citation tracking logs, WhatsApp bot user profile)
  • An explicit statement requesting complete data purge (e.g. "I request the permanent deletion of all my personal, business entity, and WebMCP schema data from NovaReach.")

What Data is Purged & Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of your request, our engineering team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 3-5 business days.

Data Removed Immediately:

  • Registered WebMCP protocol endpoints and JSON-LD schemas
  • Sarawak AI Connect entity graph profiles
  • AI Citation tracking history and simulation logs
  • WhatsApp bot user profiles and stored documents

Third-Party Crawlers & Cache Note:

When NovaReach deletes public WebMCP schemas and JSON-LD endpoints, we immediately stop serving entity data. Note that third-party search engines (Google, Bing) and AI crawlers update their cached indexes according to their independent re-indexing schedules.

Statutory Retention Exception: Certain transaction records or audit trail logs may be retained if mandated by Malaysian legal, tax, or regulatory standards (e.g. LHDN e-invoicing compliance requirements).
