Business details submitted for AI search optimization, including company name, registered addresses in Sarawak/Malaysia, service offerings, business hours, WebMCP endpoint parameters, structured JSON-LD schemas, and brand entity references.
B. Account & Contact Information
Full name, email addresses, billing information, and registered WhatsApp phone numbers used for administrative onboarding and communication.
C. AI Search Analytics & Telemetry
Schema verification logs, citation tracking metrics, query simulation performance data, and protocol diagnostic logs generated through our platform tools.
D. Automated Document Data
Information contained within receipts, invoices, or quotes uploaded via WhatsApp for compliance verification and operational processing.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Translating offline business reputation into machine-readable JSON-LD and WebMCP schema objects for discovery by AI platforms (Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Verifying and maintaining entity authority within the Sarawak AI Connect knowledge network graph.
- Executing automated business workflows, LHDN e-invoicing compliance checks, and customer/supplier messaging.
- Simulating and tracking AI search recommendations to provide performance diagnostics to account owners.
4. Public Schema Publishing vs. Private Data Protection
Public Entity Schemas
Information explicitly designated for AI Connect indexing (JSON-LD, WebMCP public endpoints, brand schemas) is formatted specifically to be crawlable by third-party search engines and AI web agents.
Strictly Private Data
Internal accounting files, unreleased financial figures, user passwords, and private contact lists remain strictly confidential and encrypted, never exposed in public schemas.
5. Data Retention & Security
NovaReach uses industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL in transit, AES encryption at rest) and secure cloud infrastructure to protect client repositories. We retain personal and schema data only for as long as necessary to fulfill service agreements or satisfy Malaysian statutory compliance obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal and business entity data stored on NovaReach systems. You may also request to withdraw consent for schema broadcasting at any time.
