You acknowledge that our service uses artificial intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy, AI can occasionally generate incorrect information. It is your responsibility to verify all quotes and business documents before final release.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data) are and will remain the exclusive property of Nova Reach Solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nova Reach Solution be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, specifically those applicable in the State of Sarawak.
