1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing any services provided by Nova Reach Solution ("NovaReach", "we", "our", or "us"), including Sarawak AI Connect, WebMCP Protocol Integration, AI Knowledge Graph & Schema Authority Optimization, and WhatsApp Business AI Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
NovaReach provides next-generation AI infrastructure and digital employee solutions for businesses in Sarawak and Malaysia, including:
- Sarawak AI Connect & WebMCP Integration: Structuring offline business reputation, business identity, and operational endpoints into machine-readable JSON-LD and WebMCP (Web Model Context Protocol) schemas for AI platforms such as Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Apple Intelligence.
- AI Knowledge Graph & Schema Authority: Transforming business credentials, entity graphs, and digital footprints into structured trust signals for zero-code ingestion by leading AI engines.
- AI Citation Simulation & Monitoring: Providing real-time analytics, citation tracking, and visibility simulations across generative search interfaces.
- WhatsApp AI & Workflow Automation: 24/7 digital assistant capabilities including receipt processing, quote generation, supplier synchronization, and LHDN e-invoicing compliance support.
3. User Responsibilities & Authority
When configuring schemas, WebMCP endpoints, or business automation tools, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, verified, and complete business information, NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data, and operational details.
- Warrant that you hold full legal authority and intellectual property rights to publish and optimize the brand entities, trademarks, and logos provided to NovaReach.
- Maintain control over your registered WhatsApp accounts, WebMCP API credentials, and administrative accesses.
- Comply with all applicable laws in Sarawak and Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and commercial registration regulations.
4. AI Platform Limitations & Non-Deterministic Outputs
You acknowledge and agree that third-party AI systems (including Google AI, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini) operate probabilistically and independently.
Important Disclosure: NovaReach engineers structured WebMCP schemas, JSON-LD knowledge graphs, and high-authority trust signals to maximize recommendation probability. However, NovaReach does not control or guarantee specific rank positions, algorithmic updates, or synthesized answers generated by third-party search engines or LLMs.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary software, WebMCP integration protocols, Sarawak AI Connect architecture, citation simulation engines, and website designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nova Reach Solution.
Clients retain full ownership of their pre-existing brand assets, proprietary business data, registered trademarks, and customer information provided for processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Reach Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with the use of our AI Connect, WebMCP protocols, or WhatsApp automation services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Sarawak, Malaysia.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
